Sustainable Packaging in Henderson Nevada

Mane Label Hair Co was looking for a sustainable packaging solution to hold, and display, its product called The Sway. The product boxes are made from post consumer recycled Kraft material that is completely recyclable. The custom shaped die cut window creates a very unique look to the box while displaying the product. A simple two color white and black print keeps the box looking very natural. 

The original line drawings on the back of the box were very thin. Our design team was able to print several iterations of mock ups with different thicknesses to find the size needed to print the artwork clearly. The testing showed that the original line drawings sizes would not have shown up well in production. The customer had their graphic designer increase the sizes of all the drawings so they printed much more effectively. This may not have been known without the ability to print samples before production.
