FoxFury | Litho Laminated Boxes

Foxfury builds portable LED headlamps, flashlights and shield lights among other application specific LED lights. In each of those product lines, there is variation in regards to the color of light bulbs or color of flashlights. Each of their boxes are built as a corrugated litho labeled box which allows for best print quality but also durability from the corrugated box that the litho label is laminated to. The boxes are also built with a cutout to show the product through the box so that the customer can see exactly what they are purchasing without opening the package. 

To run products as cost effectively as possible we gangrun like items together in production, allowing us to maximize the run in terms of volume but reduce the cost of having to set up to run multiple times. Each corrugated box per product line is the same size and structure but requires a different color of artwork allowing the product line to look like a family of products when all displayed together.
