Custom Food Packaging in Southern California

The Baked Bear came to us needing new 16 oz containers for their ice cream, and 12 pack boxes for their cookies. Each of these custom packaging solutions utilizes different materials that are effective for their use cases. It is very important to have a lot of experience printing on different substrates to know it will affect the printing results. Keeping colors consistent through different packaging from run to run is crucial for brand cohesiveness.

The 16 oz containers were universal containers that allow you to write the ice cream flavor directly onto the container. This allows the customer to identify their ice cream without opening the lid without creating an inventory nightmare in each store with multiple SKUs of containers. The containers have a snap-fit lid that ensures the ice cream will stay fresh until enjoyed.

The 12-pack cookie box was designed as a sturdy box that holds up to the weight of 12 cookies, but it still has bright vibrant graphics showcasing their brand. We used a thick 24pt. SBS board which is a strong board that has a bright whiteness to it. This ensures that their graphics pop and the box holds up.
